As we all know, Paris was attacked by terrorist. Our country has been on high alert for terrorism ever since the twin towers were bombed on 9/11. One hundred and twenty-nine people were killed and eighty people were injured during the multiple attacks. The people of Paris were very supportive for everyone who had lost someone during the attack. Several opened their doors to the people who were mourning on the streets. As an American citizen who could have been one of those who was killed, I ask that we all keep Paris in our thoughts as we did for those apart of 9/11. We should all be thankful that we are alive and well. Please always remember that even though not everyone may get along and we all may have problems, we are all very lucky to be where we are, alive and well. Take this time to appreciate those around us and the people we love.
